Caroline joined Sage as a Senior Associate in September of 2024 after 2 years at the Oxbridge Group where she specialized in Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Growth Equity recruiting across all sectors focusing on the associate-mid level. Prior to Oxbridge, Caroline spent 4 years in advertising sales in New York City. The University of Richmond graduate majored in Communications and was a four year member of the Division I Women’s lacrosse team.
